A trip between Moldova and the rest of Europe was arranged in messages. The person, the parcel and the truck had no shared place to book or to follow.

MOOVA
MOOVA is the booking desk for door-to-door transport. A customer chooses a passenger ride, a package, vehicle transport or freight, then follows the route on the map.
What we did
We built one booking flow on a live map: passenger rides, packages, vehicle transport and freight. Orders, messages and notifications stay with the booking. A route such as Zurich to Chișinău is visible before anyone moves.
What changed
The customer picks the service and keeps the conversation next to the order. Dispatch works from the same map.
