Werfplaats
Werfplaats is the human side of a search. Recruiters join a Werftools vacancy on demand, and employers get a careers site where people meet the work before they apply.
What we did
Inside Werftools, a hiring team switches Werfplaats on for that vacancy. We also build the public careers site: the story, the team and the open roles. Videoworks is one of them, hiring people who put IT, AV and security on superyachts. After an application, a Werfplaats specialist makes the first introduction.
What changed
A hard vacancy gets a recruiter without a new system. Candidates see the work first, and a person answers the application.
