Werftools is recruitment software for vacancies, candidates, AI matching and the daily workflow. When a role needs more capacity, Werfplaats steps in inside the same vacancy.
What we did
We built one ATS. Teams run vacancies, the agenda and the candidate pipeline themselves. AI matching sits in that workflow, and a job-marketing team can put the vacancy on Indeed, LinkedIn and Google Jobs. If the search stalls, one click brings in Werfplaats: real recruiters, in the same vacancy, not a second system.
What changed
A team starts in the software and adds people only when the vacancy needs them. Candidates, interviews and open tasks stay on one record.
